Notably, the application does not feature an automatic calculation function for sodium based on food names, which may necessitate manual input. Users can select sodium amounts in either milligrams (mg) or grams (g), facilitating easier recording.

To log sodium intake, users simply enter the food name and its corresponding sodium amount on the home screen and tap to record. The inclusion of a favorite icon allows for swift entry of often-consumed items in future recordings, enhancing user efficiency.

The "History" screen provides a clear overview of food names and sodium amounts recorded on selected dates from the calendar. Users can edit entries through a double-tap and can add missed data by utilizing the "Add" button.

In the Analyze section, users are presented with graphical representations of their sodium consumption over weekly, monthly, and yearly intervals. Additionally, average daily calorie intake for the same periods is displayed, offering valuable insights into overall dietary habits.

The Settings screen allows customization of daily sodium intake goals and the calendar’s first day of the week, with options for Monday or Sunday. Users can also choose their preferred unit of measurement for sodium (mg or g).

The free version limits users to creating up to 10 favorites and viewing history for one week. To remove these restrictions and unlock the ability to create unlimited favorites as well as access full historical data, users are encouraged to consider upgrading to the premium version offered within the app.
